Connect Specialist Therapy

Support that fits real life.

Therapy is shaped around the young person's strengths, needs, interests and goals — and the everyday activities that matter to them.

Therapy shaped around your child.

Individualised from the start

Occupational Therapy intervention usually follows a comprehensive assessment. Goals are developed collaboratively with the young person, their family and, where appropriate, their education setting. Sessions typically last one hour, are adapted to the person and are reviewed as needs change. After a block of intervention, we review progress and recommend next steps.

Explore the interventions

Therapy is developed around the young person's individual profile and agreed goals. Choose an intervention to read about it in detail:

  • Ayres Sensory Integration Therapy — active, playful and child-led, in our specialist clinic
  • Sensory diets & individualised programmes — strategies woven into everyday routines
  • Emotional regulation programmes — understanding body, emotions and regulation needs
  • Motor skills & handwriting — movement foundations and pencil skills
  • ISC-OT — integrating sensory, cognitive and trauma-informed approaches
  • EcoSensory Therapy — connection and regulation within nature

Beyond the clinic

We work with families, teachers and other professionals so understanding and strategies carry into the places where life happens. Intervention is individually quoted based on the recommended approach and number of sessions.
